I was very, very saddened to learn, through Laura Arnold, about Bill's passing, and I extend my heartfelt condolences to Lori, her children, and grandchildren... I had the opportunity to meet Lori and some of the children when Bill, Bill's family, and I all got to spend a little time together in the Tampa International Airport, en route to Indiana, one winter around 2010-11.   I got to know Bill in a professional capacity starting around 2008-9, as Bill devoted his professional energies to his beloved Sunrise Solar and I had been helping to advocate for stronger clean energy policy (at both the state and federal level) in my capacity as Executive Director of the Hoosier Environmental Council, Indiana's largest environmental public policy organization.  I will always treasure the time that I spent with Bill in Indianapolis, West Lafayette, NW Indiana, Goshen, IN, and Tampa, FL, taking in the infectious positivity that made Bill such a remarkable entrepreneur, advocate, family man, and friend.  Here's just one example of Bill’s mark as a friend: I do recall Bill’s drive, intelligence, genuineness, and charisma getting, with the advocacy support of clean energy allies, the attention of high-profile elected officials.  On top of all the superbly well-earned attention that Bill directly received, thanks to my friend Shilpa Phadke—then at the White House—I had had the opportunity to help arrange for Bill and a small group of fellow Indiana green-minded entrepreneurs and advocates to attend President Obama’s first-ever town hall as president, which was held in Goshen, IN.  When Bill had the opportunity to engage with President Obama at the microphone, Bill could have put the spotlight entirely on himself and his achievements, but he chose to both briefly tell his story *and* to give a shout-out (live on CNN!) to several, if not all of, the colleagues who had joined him that very special day, including me.  That shows the spirit of sincerity and generosity that Bill had as a businessman and friend.  Bill, I know that you are at complete peace in heaven now, but your beloved family and countless friends here on Earth, including me, will miss you very much.  Godspeed, Bill Keith.  Your remarkable legacy will carry on through your loving family and through the good people of SunRise Solar...
Was so blessed to have lived with this special couple.  We had many bom fires. The many talks and laughs we had.  We love the Both so very much.  Plus the margaritas that he served.  We love you Billy!
