On April 7, 2026, Mr. William "Billy" Barlow lovingly known as Billy, but preferred by William passed away. Born on October 20, 1970, he lived a vibrant and full life, marked by his quick-witted, sarcastic, and free-spirited personality. Surviving him in death is his dear wife, Theresa Barlow, whom he married in the year 1998, his beloved children; sons Alec and Gage Barlow, and his daughter, Kirstyn Barlow. Furthermore, he is survived by his sister, Michelle Lemon, whose presence throughout his life he greatly cherished. In addition to his contributions to those around him, William leaves behind a legacy of tenacity and determination. One of his major accomplishments in life was his transformative journey and growth into the man he eventually became, a journey that inspired those around him. His best advices that he passed on to his loved ones were derived from his rich life experiences, the most significant one being "Never let anything stop you from pursuing your dreams" William's enthusiasm, humour, and zest for life will be profoundly missed by his family and friends. His spirit will continue to live in the hearts of those who loved him and he will be remembered for his tenacity, transformation and undying love for his family.
