On April 7, 2026, Mr. William "Billy" Barlow lovingly known as Billy, but preferred by William passed away. Born on October 20, 1970, he lived a vibrant and full life, marked by his quick-witted, sarcastic, and free-spirited personality. Surviving him in death is his dear wife, Theresa Barlow, whom he married in the year 1998, his beloved children; sons Alec and Gage Barlow, and his daughter, Kirstyn Barlow.
