Prayers for the Bales family! I first got to know Carlus at SeaRay. After finding we shared a passion for bass fishing, we always found time to talk about our trips the weekend before. So sorry we have lost such a great guy!!

We were blessed to have had the opportunity to know Carlus through White Pine Marine. Such a kind man and always with a bright beautiful smile !! He made an impression on everyone he met !! We are praying for your family !!

With love from the Rankin Family ( DeWayne  Heather and Cole )

I had the pleasure of working with Carlus (at Sea Ray) for several years. About 5 years ago, we took a trip together (Carlus, myself and  Bob Upchurch), to visit several of our dealers face to face. Carlus lead the way and drove us through the Mountains of Tennessee, into Kentucky, then Virginia, into New York, and then back home to Tennessee again. What I witnessed on this trip, was how Carlus was admired by all of our dealers, as well as how Carlus loved and cared for each of them. Carlus was very compassionate and cared deeply for all he was involved with. He will be deeply missed. I also worked several dealer service events with Carlus and I always looked forward to seeing Carlus at these events. It was TRULY wonderful to work with him over the many years at Sea Ray. It is a true blessing to have worked with a man like Carlus Bales.

With much Love

Heaven has got another righteous man. My prayers are going out 2 the entire Bales family, may the Lord comfort you in this sorrowful time.
So sorry for your loss. Prayers for the entire family, friends and everyone Carlus touched in his lifetime.

Carlus and I worked together for several years.  I came to know him not only as a great co-worker, but more importantly as a great friend.  He was passionate about fishing and hunting, but far more so about his family.  No matter how difficult the work day was, all we had to do was talk about our kids, the anxiety would drop, and he would gush with pride!

Carlus, I was proud to call you my colleague, but even more so, I was proud to call you my friend.  I will miss you.

I Love you Brother!!! Working with you over the decades has been a wonderful experience. Your passion and love for the industry, your co-workers, and your customers was contagious. I will cherish our friendship forever. Heaven has gotten even better now that you are there. We will meet again Carlus!
I had the pleasure of working with Carlus for 4 years. He was a good person. He will be missed by many. He married my niece Crystal and they had 2 beautiful daughters. My heartfelt prayers go out to them and the rest of his family.

My condolences to Carlus’s family. I first met Carlus a few days after his birth.   I remember my Mom and I travelled to New Market from Maryville a few days after his birth to visit with my cousin, Edwina and her new baby, Carlus.  He was a cute little guy and I remember Edwina and Bill were so proud.  He will be missed by all.   With love and sympathies your cousin, Janice Kay Tipton Vance.
I am so sorry for this horrible loss. I have fun childhood memories with Carlus. Praying for comfort at this difficult time.
