William's obituary
It is with profound sadness that we announce the death of Mr. William Bagley who passed away peacefully on September 25, 2024. Born on December 26, 1956, to the late Judy F. Bagley and Jack C Bagley, SR .,William lived a full and inspiring life marked by diligence, benevolence, and resilience.
A committed member of our community, William spent his life in service to others and left a significant mark through his dedicated volunteer work. His altruism was a reflection of his inner strength and his passion to make the world a better place for all. His warm spirit and generous nature will be greatly missed, but his legacy will live on in the many lives he touched and the difference he made.
William leaves behind a sister Frances Bagley Wilson and brother Jack Bagley , daughter , Octiva Bagley and a son William Bagley Jr, and nieces Francine “Candy “ Bagley , Shartese Bagley, nephews. Jack Bagley Jr, Richard Bagley, and a host of cousins extended niece and family members.
Throughout his life, William showed a remarkable fortitude in the face of adversity, demonstrating that grace and determination can overcome any challenge. His courage and resilience served as a beacon of hope to those around him, inspiring those fortunate enough to have known him.
Above all, William was a cherished family man. He was a pillar of strength to his family and friends, providing unwavering love and support. His laughter, advice, and wisdom will be dearly missed by all who knew him. While his passing brings with it a wave of sorrow, we take solace in the wonderful memories that will forever remain.
In memory of Mr. William Bagley, may his soul rest in peace. His life’s journey may have come to an end, but his spirit continues to light the paths of those he left behind.
Viewing will be from 4-6 p.m. on Monday September 30, 2024 in Helen Galloway's Memorial Chapel of Chisholm Galloway Home for Funerals, 808 Bladen Street, Beaufort, South Carolina 29902.
Funeral services are at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday October 2, 2024 at Bethesda Christian Fellowship, 32-36 Dr. Martin Luther king Drive, St. Helena Island, SC 29920
Viewing WILL BE BEFORE THE SERVICE BEGINS
Burial will be in the Mary Jenkins Cemetery on St. Helena Island.
