Willard Fowler, 61, of Garden City Beach, SC, passed away in August of 1996 from liver failure. Willard was predeceased by his father, Dink Fowler, and his sister, Kay Fowler. He is survived by his wife Mary Ann, daughters Libby and Julie, his son Forrest, and his grandchildren, Joshua Fowler, Caleb Fowler, and Sarah Elizabeth Plyler. Willard was a private person who wanted private services.
