Wilburn Elton Franklin Jr., 76, departed this earthly life peacefully on Friday December 12, 2025, in the comfort of his home in Memphis, Tennessee.
Wilburn was born on November 11, 1949, in Memphis to Wilburn Franklin Sr and Melvillene Franklin. Wilburn was employed as a dump truck operator and lead man at David Moore Enterprises for over 50 years until his retirement in 2018.
