Wesley's obituary
Reed was born on April 2, 1951 to Frank and Della Armstrong in Pembroke Ontario. After graduating from [name of high school] in [high school graduation year], [he/she] went on to study [college major] at [college name].
After graduation, he landed his first job as an engineer for CN for 35 years. In [year they met], he met Angela Armstrong , and they wed in [marriage year], going on to have 5 children, Nicole, Aaron, Melissa and Tristan. Reed was a force of nature, determined to provide for his family and give them the life he felt they deserved. His family meant more to him than anything else in the world, something he often mentioned. He was unendingly proud of [child name], [child name], and [spouse name] and always tried his best to support them.
Reed was also a passionate curler, golfer, fisherman and could often be found golfing when he wasn’t at home.
Anyone who knew Reed knew that he was the most loving father and husband a family could ask for. Reed was predeceased by his father Frank (Bud), mother Della, brothers Glen and Donald Armstrong. He is survived by sister Bonnie (Howard) Crowe, brother Wallace (Susan) Armstrong and sister Cheryl (Gary (Nibs)) Kreger and numerous nieces and nephews .
The family requests that all monetary and notes are sent to Rainy River Health Centre and Alzheimer Ontario . There will be a memorial/celebration of life on July 2, 2022 at the Rainy River Legion.
