I first met Wendy when she came to work at Kane School. It didn’t take long before we became friends!
I remember so many heart felt conversations that we shared, while snacking on animal crackers. She truly was an amazing women who touched so many lives! My thoughts and prayers are with all who knew Wendy!
You will be truly missed my friend ❤️

To Katie and all the Stanley family, I share your loss at her passing. Wendy was helpful to me when I needed guidance to enter Senior Housing after selling my home. I first met Wendy shortly after my grandson Jeff Cleasby and Katie married. After that I was welcomed into the family and felt right at home when visiting. Thank you Wendy, may you rest in peace.

I am so sorry to hear of Wendy’s passing. We met and became friends many years ago when I was doing family day care in my home and Wendy was teaching part time. We were both teachers and shared similar philosophies about teaching and learning. Katie & Jeff were in my day care and Wendy helped out with the day care when I needed some time off. Jeff and my son, Sam, were the same age and were close friends for many years. It was a long time ago, but we did a lot of fun and educational projects and field trips with the kids. Lots of good memories. Katie & Jeff, you are in our thoughts & prayers.

Truly saddened to hear of Wendy’s passing. We became friends when she moved to Chelmsford and walked for miles together talking about great books, our families and shared life experiences. Thinking of your family, especially Katie and Jeff during this time.
Wendy was a lovely and caring person. My wife and I met her "on the green" when we moved to Rockport in 1998. We are very happy to have known her and sad that she is gone. We know her struggles with illness were difficult and courageous.

I was fortunate enough to work with Wendy at Kane School and Marlboro. I always admired her professionalism, her caring and her demeanor. She and I connected on a few levels one of which was breast cancer survivor. We spoke often about illness but she lived her life to the fullest and again....I admire her for that.
I had the true pleasure of working for Wendy when she was the principal at Kane School. I always admired her ability to be a strong, knowledgeable, kind and compassionate leader. I am fortunate to have had the privilege to work with Wendy. She will be missed by all who knew her.
