- Wendy Jean Moniz Barreras, 73, of Modesto, CA, passed away on January 05, 2023. Wendy was born on April 4, 1949 to Elmer Moniz and Patricia (Penberthy) Moniz in Oakland California. After graduating from John F. Kennedy High School in Fremont, California, she went on to study Business Administration at Healds’s Business College.
