Honoring the Life and Wild Spirit of Our Mom
To our friends, family, and community,
We are coming together to celebrate a woman who was truly one of a kind. Our mom wasn't just a part of the world; she was a force within it—a "crazy rebel of life" who lived with a passion that was impossible to ignore.
A Life Set to Music
If you knew Mom, you knew that music was her heartbeat. It was more than just something she listened to; it was how she connected with the world. She didn't just share songs; she lived for the experience of them. Whether she was front-row at a rock concert or swaying to the oldies, she found joy in every chord. Her love for music was a gift she gave to all of us.
The Final Ride
In keeping with her rebellious spirit and her final wishes, we are preparing to say goodbye in the way she requested. Per her wishes, she will be cremated, and her ashes will be spread in the places she loved most.
One of those journeys will be particularly special: we plan to send her off into the wind from the back of a Harley-Davidson, heading up Mount Rainier—just as her own mother was honored before her. We can’t think of a more fitting tribute for a woman who loved the open road and the feeling of freedom.
Bringing the Family Together
We are asking for your help to give her the send-off she deserves. Your donations will go toward:
• Cremation costs as per her final request.
• A Celebration of Life service where we can all gather to blast her favorite music and share our wildest stories of her.
• Travel and arrangement costs to bring her family together to honor her memory.
Remembered with Love
She leaves behind a family that loved her fiercely. She is remembered by her husband, Augustine, and her children who were her pride and joy; Jayme-Lee her Eldest Daughter, Cruz her Son, Brysa her Daughter, Tony her Son and Jaime her Son. As well as her closest siblings Jon Walin, his son Michael Walin, David Ross and his wife Sherrie and their daughter shea ross. We also can’t Forget her best friend Who was there by her side till the very end Flora Aronson.
Thank you for your kindness, your stories, and your support as we navigate this transition. We know she’s out there somewhere, volume turned up high, enjoying the ride.
Please add photos and stories to help us cherish and enjoy all memories of her. Contribute
