Wayne's obituary
Wayne "Switch" Everett Webb, 54, passed away on September 16, 2021 from complications of diabetes.
Wayne was born in 1966 in Kansas City, Missouri. After graduating from Liberty High School, he moved to Lowell, Massachusetts, a town just north of Boston. Wayne enrolled in the North East Regional Police Institute in Tewksbury, MA in 1994 where he earned a Police Certification. In 1997, he moved to Missouri and earned a Class A Police License from Missouri Western State University.
Wayne was a police officer for many years before signing a contract to serve overseas. He worked as an International Embedded Police Mentor/Police Trainer in Kabul, Afghanistan and as a CIVPOL US International Police Liaison Officer/Field Instructor in Bagdad, Iraq. It was there that he was given the name "Switch" by one of his interpreters.
Wayne is proceeded in death by his mother Shirley Ellington Webb and nephew Jeffrey Jennings. He is survived by his son, Chase Webb; Sisters Becky Webb, Kimberly Eshnaur, and Tammy Jennings; Brothers Rick Webb and Keith Webb; Nieces Cristi House, Rachael Eshnaur-Drenckpohl, Kathleen Webb, and Amanda Jennings; Nephews Matthew Eshnaur, William Eshnaur, Jacob Webb, and Jared Webb. He is also survived by countless great-nieces and great-nephews.
