Wayne "Switch" Everett Webb, 54, passed away on September 16, 2021 from complications of diabetes.
Wayne was born in 1966 in Kansas City, Missouri. After graduating from Liberty High School, he moved to Lowell, Massachusetts, a town just north of Boston. Wayne enrolled in the North East Regional Police Institute in Tewksbury, MA in 1994 where he earned a Police Certification. In 1997, he moved to Missouri and earned a Class A Police License from …
