Wayne Love Spencer of Princess Anne, Maryland, formerly from Alexandria, Virginia and Quantico, Virginia passed away peacefully on Friday February 23, 2024. Wayne leaves behind his wife, Susan; his daughters Kim and Julie, his grandchildren Andy, Victoria, Giovanni, Taylor, Alexandra and Sophia and great grandsons Alfonse and Levi. Wayne was predeceased by his son and best friend Eric. Wayne dedicated his career to the Federal Government as a mainframe programming expert. He loved to fish and do woodworking. He loved his dogs especially Lady and Bella. He had magic hands that created the most beautiful reproduction furniture with an eye that experts would envy. Wayne would introduce himself with pride to anyone that even looked in his direction by saying "I'm Wayne Spencer of Princess Anne, MD formerly from Alexandria, VA." He would make you laugh and always had something silly or inappropriate to say. He loved his time with his grandkids and had a lifetime of memories of the OBX and fishing with his kids. He boated and always had to have a boat, even if it just say in his driveway. He was very proud of his family and his grandkids made his older years much better. He is and will continue to be missed by everyone that knew him.
