Wayne Love Spencer of Princess Anne, Maryland, formerly from Alexandria, Virginia and Quantico, Virginia passed away peacefully on Friday February 23, 2024. Wayne leaves behind his wife, Susan; his daughters Kim and Julie, his grandchildren Andy, Victoria, Giovanni, Taylor, Alexandra and Sophia and great grandsons Alfonse and Levi. Wayne was predeceased by his son and best friend Eric. Wayne dedicated his career to the Federal Government as a mainframe programming expert. He loved to fish …
