Wayne Lewis Nelson of Charlton, Massachusetts went Home to be with his Lord quietly in his sleep at home the afternoon of Tuesday, January 23, 2024. He is survived by his wife Melody (McCullough) Nelson, his son Jeremy Nelson of Ipswich, MA (and his wife Wendy), his daughter Monica Nelson of Charlton, and three grandchildren: Mara, Heather, and Alex, and a brother, Bob Nelson of Charlton (and his wife Janis).

Wayne and Melody served for more than 31 years with WorldVenture (formerly Conservative Baptist Foreign Mission Society), mostly in Côte d’Ivoire, West Africa, in teaching and in technical support roles.
