Wayne Paul Middlebrook of Ponchatoula, Louisiana, entered eternal rest with his family by his bedside on Monday , November 3, 2025, at Springhill Baptist Hospital in North Little Rock, Arkansas. His death was sudden and unexpected.

Wayne was born on April 16,1955, to the late Walter Herman Middlebrook and Agatha Becnel in New Orleans, LA. He was raised and lived most of his life in Montz, Louisiana. His loving stepfather, the late Leroy St. Germain, stepped in and raised him as his own  

Wayne married Romona (Mona) Martin in April 1973. They were blessed with two sons that he was so proud of, and 5 grandchildren whom he adored.

Wayne was a man who fought so many health challenges , but always looked on the bright side and counted his blessings.

He leaves to cherish his memories his best friend and loving wife , Mona; his sons Hayden (Angie) and Wesley (Jessica); and grandchildren Chandler (Mackenzie) , Cassidy , Rachel , Nicolas, and Kieley, along with his bonus granddaughter, Taylor, and his brother Herman (Rose), along with many loving extended family members and dear friends.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
