Melissa Imhof
2008, Bennett Spring State Park, MO-64A, Lebanon, MO, USA
Waylon and I got married in a small ceremony on Vesper's Point at the Bennett Springs Christian Church Camp on July 26th, 2009. It was so hot outside, but it was beautiful and my groom was the most handsome man I have ever seen. That day was fun and we had friends and family join us for a reception down near the river. It was a day we both looked back on fondly, we wanted to go back and visit someday.

I learned so much in our 14 years together. Waylon never gave up, he kept fighting, and always found the courage to keep going. He taught me how to love unconditionally, no matter what, and to never give up on someone or something. He taught me a lot about myself and my self worth. He saw things in me I didnt know where there. Lastly, he taught me about love, friendship, and perseverance. His positivity, charming smile, and easy conversation is going to be so missed.
Waylon loved getting people together & spending time with friends and family, especially his two girls; Melissa and Addy. He was outgoing and charming, always had interesting story or was ready to have fun. He was solid and wouldn't switch up on anything, you always knew what you were going to get with Waylon. He was quick to greet anyone with a big smile and nobody was a stranger.

When he wasn't out and about, you sometimres could find him drawing; he was blessed artistically and had his own unique style. He tattooed friends for a few years and enjoyed combining his love of people and his love for art.
