Contentment- Grandpa, I will …
2019, Bovard Camp
Contentment- Grandpa, I will always cherish our times spent alone. Two men getting to know each other, both knowing the other man holds a common person close to their hearts, your granddaughter and my wife. I truly enjoyed our quiet moments and talks. Thank you for raising such an amazing and strong woman. I respect you, I thank you and I Love you

One of the many dollhouses Grandpa made me but this is the one I finally got to keep. He was a skilled carpenter and could build just about anything.

2019, The Transept, Elm Street, Cincinnati, OH, USA
Grandpa fought so hard for 13 months to make sure he was able to do our father/daughter dance. He even practiced. It was the strongest I had seen him in a few months and he seemed to be having the time of his life. I got him an engraved pocket knife that read, "Daddy you will always be the first man I loved." This will forever remain the greatest gift you ever bestowed on me, fighting so hard to stand beside me on my wedding day. I will forever carry you in my heart, there is a hole in my heart so big right now from just imagining not having your guidance. I love you.
