It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Wanda Percell, affectionately known by many as "Mom", "Sister", "Daughter", "Grandma" or "GiGi". Wanda transitioned to eternal rest on January 23, 2024. Born on October 30, 1947, Wanda led a life characterized by her strong family values, kindness, and her distinctive, spunky personality.
