Wanda was born on February 06, 1936 in Turney, Tx. Wanda met her husband, Horace in 1956 in Jacksonville, Tx. They married August 3rd, 1957 in New Summerfield, Tx. and went on to have four children: Steven Guinn Limbaugh (deceased 2012), Dr. Mark E. Limbaugh, Lea Charone Limbaugh and Jason Kyle Limbaugh. She and her husband were married until his death …
