Mrs. Wanda Holder, age 94, of Rome, GA went to her heavenly home on Monday, February 7, 2022.

Mrs. Holder was born in Cherokee County, AL on November 29, 1927, daughter of the late Henry Douglas St. Clair and the late Cora Eugenia Edge St. Clair. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Holder, Jr., sisters, Joyce Butler and Bobbie Cannon, grandsons, Shannon Perry and Michael Akin, and daughter-in-law, Lawrie Holder. Mrs. Holder was a member of Pisgah Baptist Church.

Survivors include daughters, Nancy Roberson (Eddie) and Sherry Perry (Bruce); son, Thomas Holder, III; brother, Max St. Clair, all of Rome; grandchildren, Melissa Moon (Chris), Bowdon, GA, Michael Roberson, Rome, Denise Willingham (Johnny), Rome, Heath Perry (Cindy), Altoona, AL, Shanna Agan (Charlie), Lyerly, T.C. Holder, Rex Holder both of Centre, AL, Major Holder and Coralee Holder both of Rome; 11 great grandchildren; 1 great-great granddaughter, nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, February 11, 2022, at 2:30pm in the Chapel at Henderson & Sons Funeral Home, Oaknoll Chapel with Dr. Jerry Dudley officiating. Interment and graveside service will follow in Oaknoll Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends at Henderson & Sons Funeral Home, Oaknoll Chapel, on Friday from 12:30pm until the funeral hour.

Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Pisgah Baptist Church, 5603 Alabama Highway, SW, Rome, GA 30165.

Henderson & Sons Funeral Home, Oaknoll Chapel, has charge of the arrangements.
