Wanda Jean Franks passed away peacefully on June 22, 2023 surrounded by her children at the Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House in Rock Hill, SC. Her grandchildren had spent the day with her and were back home safely when she passed.

Wanda was a free spirit, she loved the mountains, all things orange, she loved the holidays and decorating, especially at Halloween and Christmas. She always enjoyed a good laugh and loved her family beyond …
