Walter Earnest Williams age 62 passed away September 12, 2021 in Topeka, KS. Walter was born in Neodesha, KS to Carolyn (Lawrence) Williams and Earnest Williams. Walter was raised in rural Elk City, KS and was graduate of Elk Valley High School. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed the outdoors. He was preceded in death by his father, Sgt.
