The world has lost another Depression Baby. Walter Bruce Willette left this world for the next on 22 July 2022. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio on 16 October 1934 to Francis Arthur and Margaret Mary ( Rasor) Willette. He was the second of five boys.

He was married to Burdine Marie Chamberlain, who proceeded him into the next world in 1976. They had three daughters, Denice Mary Willette of Gresham, Oregon and Deborah Jarrell of American Fork, Utah and Danielle Willette passed three days after birth. Walter has three grand daughters, Cheyanne of Seattle Washington, Cierra of Seattle Washington and Desorae of Seattle Washington, and one great grand daughter Mia.  His oldest and youngest brothers, Francis A. and Jesse F. predeceased him. The two surviving brothers are John J. of Washington and Richard D. of Wisconsin.

Throughout his life he always had a place in his heart for the unfortunates in the world including God’s four-legged creatures, especially cats.
