David Nagle
1957, Yosemite National Park, California, USA
I recall a trip to Yosemite in the mid 1950’s on his Vespa. We camped and was awed by the firefall. A trip to remember
Ever since Brady and Rina moved into our cul de sac, I can remember Walt roaring down the driveway.  We could hear him coming down the street and then turn down the driveway. Over the many years, Walt roared down the driveway, with a smile on his face, riding a variety of motorcycles two wheels, three wheels and later in life his white VW bus. We always knew when he was in the neighborhood.  His arrival marked many a special occasions at the Nagle household. He was a regular and steady presence. You could see he had so much love for his family and spending time with them all.  Hanover Court served as the family hub where he spent so many wonderful days with all his grandchildren.  All the milestones, holidays and just regular meals were shared on Hanover Court.  He loved to be included and cherished his time with his family. It always warmed my heart to hear the roar coming down the driveway,  it had a sweetness.  Walt is spending time with his family.  And as he roared back out the driveway, he always smiled, waved and left you with a sense of "Life is good!"  We will miss his sweet smile, and kind heart.  We are so grateful for the legacy he has left behind with his kind and wonderful family.

Altho' we only knew your Dad with frequent neighborhood hellos and goodbyes, he was always friendly and kind. Losing a dad is so difficult...no one can take their place. May his spirit soar without limits, and may your grieving fade with the passage of time.     Sending comfort & peace,  Susan & Steve
We were blessed to have Walt as our next door neighbor for many years. Walt’s graciousness, story telling and perpetual good humor made him a pleasure to spend time with even if it was only a short chat on the trail while he was walking his dog.  Walt was an animal lover and watched  our pets, who loved him,  many times when we were away from home.  We are going to miss having him over for dinner especially on Saint Patrick’s Day when he would share a wee dram with us and rave about the corned beef. We miss him but our fond memories will always be triggered when we pass by his house. Love, Chuck and Lisa
