Walter Stewart Jones, Sr., died on December 11, 2018 in hospice. He was a husband, Mason, Shriner, Navy man and Hurricane Hunter, small craft pilot, father, one-time bagpiper, handyman and, beloved husband of Harriet Charlotte Gobrecht Jones until her death in 1989, then Dolores Reid Jones from 2000 until his death.

Memorial events are private
There was a lovely memorial service in January attended by family and close friends, the Masonic order. Dad was sent off to his final rest with bagpipes and many personal stories.
