We are shocked and devastated by Walt's passing. Per Walt's wishes we will be hosting a farewell gathering. Please see the information below for further details. To honor him we will be placing a commemorative brick at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, a place we enjoyed so many happy times together, and a memorial bench in a park near his childhood home. We thank you so much for all of your love and support during this incredibly difficult time. It is with great sadness that the family of Walter Frederick Bronson announces his sudden passing on Sunday, August 26th, 2018, at the age of 69 years.

Walter was born on January 28, 1949 to Amy (Lightbown) and Walter Bronson. He grew up in Morris Township, NJ, and resided in Florida and Indiana before moving to Southern Pines, N.C.
