Walter Charles Barwick is the son of William and Fannie Barwick of Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born on September 6, 1939. He was the oldest of two children. He was educated in the Cincinnati Public School System. He was brilliant, so brilliant that he was promoted to the 11th grade.
