Vonnie Ray Coen passed away on July 20, 2021 at the age of 55. Vonnie was born in Akron, Ohio, but spent much of his youth going back and forth between the Buckeye State and South Florida. It was there that he fell in love with fishing and became a lifelong Florida Dolphins fan. In 1992, Hurricane Andrew struck Homestead, Florida, as a category 5, and while many residents evacuated, Vonnie stayed behind, casting a …
