Vivian Weyel

Vivian Weyel was the heart of her family.

She passed away on March 15, 2026, surrounded by the people she loved most—just as she lived her life, always putting family first.

Vivian was a devoted wife to her husband, William, and a deeply loving mother to her children: Annie, Barbara (Joe), Lee (Anthony), Toni (Eddie), Debbie (Rene), Billy, and Vivian. Her love did not stop there—it extended to her 19 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren, each of whom brought her endless pride and joy.

She had a warmth that made people feel safe, welcome, and truly loved. Her friends became family, and her family was everything. She gave her time, her strength, and her whole heart to the people in her life.

Vivian will be remembered not just for what she did, but for how she made people feel—loved, supported, and never alone.

Her absence leaves a space that cannot be filled, but her love will continue to live on in every life she touched.

A Mass in her honor will be held at 10:00 AM on March 25, 2026, at St. Joseph Church, New Haven.
