Vivian's obituary

Miss Vivian Parisi died peacefully at home in Manahawkin NJ on March 25, 2023 at the age of 92.

Vivian is survived by her nieces Susan Bopp Cecere, Karen Bopp Maskuli, Linda Bopp Peters, (Colin Peters),  nephew and nieces  George Parisi, Marie Parisi Feraudo and Joanne Parisi Saccaro , great nieces Michele Cecere Lafevre, Ariana Maskuli Sanchez, Nicole Peters, Chelsea Peters, great nephews Colin Peters, Joseph Cecere, Xhevair Maskuli and Adam Maskuli and great great nephews Trevor Cecere, Gabriel Sanchez, Caden and Luca Cecere. She is preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Florence (Ram) Parisi, sister Claire Parisi Bopp, brothers Demitri Joseph Parisi, George Parisi,  and sisters Josephine and Camille Parisi, Aunt Mary Ram Griiffin and cousin Donald Griffin.

Vivian was born on December 12, 1930 in Jersey City NJ. She graduated from Holy Name School of Nursing in Teaneck, NJ as a Registered Nurse. She worked as a nursing instructor at Christ Hospital School of Nursing in Jersey City, NJ and was a Flying Tiger Nurse. Later she moved to Sparta NJ and worked as  a dedicated Nursing Supervisor at Newton Memorial Hospital for  28 years. Vivian was a talented painter, avid reader, enjoyed traveling, collector of minerals and a rock hound enthusiast. She shared her love of nature and cultures with family and friends and will be missed. 

A private memorial and celebration of life is scheduled for April 5, 2023  at 1pm in Manahawkin NJ.
