Dear friends and family,
Today, October 23, is Vishnu’s 69th birthday. Today also marks 6 weeks since his passing.

In the last 6 weeks, there have been blessings and special moments alongside the grief of losing our father. Vishnu’s youngest brother, Joe along with his daughter Jerusha, were able to travel from Trinidad and Joe preached at the memorial service. It was a sweet reunion with our uncle and cousin, and we enjoyed cooking a Trinidadian meal together.

We have been blessed by the generosity of friends and family who supported the Vishnu Harbhajan Memorial Fund. We are grateful to inform you that your donations have covered most of Vishnu's final expenses. Six weeks ago, we did not know how this need would be met, but God faithfully provided through your donations.

Some in our community of friends and family may wish to support us through their holiday or year-end giving. If you wish to do so, your support could help ease the financial strain from having taken unpaid time off to care for our dad during the first couple weeks of hospitalization and again during his final days. Our sister and mother came from out of town and had three weeks of lodging expenses as well. Therefore, the Memorial Fund will continue to accept donations through the end of the year; the Fund will stop accepting donations on January 1, 2024.

Most of all, your compassionate support and your prayers have sustained us. We feel our hearts have been knit together with all those who have shared their memories of Vishnu and their condolences to us.
