Virginia "Gina" Barci, 71, of Clearwater, FL, passed away suddenly on July 6th, 2022.  

Gina was born on May 21st, 1951 in Glasgow, Scotland to parents Patrick and Virginia Doherty of Buncrana, County Donegal in Ireland.   

She was one of their five children with her siblings Daniel, Susan (Rennie), Rose (Strachan) and Hugh Doherty.  

She was married to James Joseph McNally of Glasgow, Scotland and had one son James McNally of North Grafton, MA.

In 1978, she moved from Scotland to Philadelphia, PA and worked in various administrative roles during her career.  

In 1999, she married Joseph Stephen Barci  of Warminster, PA and later relocated to Clearwater, FL where she lived and worked until her passing.  

Gina was devout in her faith and enjoyed shopping, travel, dining out, and anything Scottish especially sweet treats.   

She leaves four grandchildren, Maura Anne and Neve Jeanne McNally (mother Donna Anne McNally) of Georgetown, MA, Gillian Reed and Deirdre Ryan Holt (mother Kelly Ann McNally) of North Grafton, MA, several nieces and nephews in Scotland and England, as well as many neighbors and friends in her Clearwater residential community and her work colleagues.
