MSC Virgilio Ambolario Donghit, 78, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on January 3, 2021. Bill dedicated 26 years of his working career to the United States Navy and then eventually retiring again as a merchant marine with the Seafarers International Union.

Virgilio was born on July 14, 1942 in San Pablo, Leyte, Philippines to his parents Pablo and Emiliana Donghit. When Bill was just 22, Bill joined the United States Navy. He was then …
