Virgil Eugene Riddell, 52, of Frankford, WV, passed away suddenly on October 27, 2019, at Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley, WV. Loving father of Jamie Angel Riddell (Dustin “Dusty”) and Courtney L. Riddell-Ringstaff (Anthony “AJ”) of Fairmont, WV.
