Vincent's obituary
Vincent "Vinny" Hunter, 66, of Prince Frederick, MD, passed away on September 01, 2022 after a major stroke that left him brain dead.
Vincent was born on February 10th, 1956 Theresa Stover, father James Hunter in Washington, DC After graduating from Southern High School in 1973 he went to study playing the drums and running heavy equipment after graduation, he landed his first job as a state employee operating heavy equipment for The Calvert County Government for 3 years . In 1975 he met Evelyn Gray ( Turpin) , and they made values amongeach other October 15th 2015, going on to have 2 beautiful daughters Domita Hunterand Terrisha Hunter. Vincent was a force of nature, determined to provide for his family and give them the life he felt they deserved. His family meant more to him than anything else in the world, something he often mentioned. He was unendingly proud of Domita and Terrisha , and Evelyn ( Abby)and always tried his best to support them.
Vincent was also passionate about playingthe drums , fishing and could often be found at brooms island camp grounds fishing when he wasn’t at home.
Anyone who knew Vincent knew that he was the most loving father and husband a family could ask for. Vincent was predeceased by Theresa Medley Stover and Sister Janice Hopkins and brother in law Stanley Hopkins . He is survived by his only brother Edwin Hunter, Abby , 2 daughters and 7 grandchildren and 1 beautiful great grandson Seki Reddrick The family requests that all flowers and notes are sent to 1528 Isle court Prince Frederick, MD 20678 . There will be a funeral service on Saturday September 17th, 2022 at Not about me Ministry at 3106 Branch Ave Temple Hills MD 20748 . Viewing 2-3 pm and Funeral service follow at 3pm- 4pm .
