Way to many memories to write down…but I miss that rascal, and think of him often and grateful for knowing him.

I received an email today from this site asking me to share how I met Vince.  Vince was a good friend of my first husband, Michael Morgan,  who passed away a few years ago. Michael was one of his Good Counsel friends. We socialized quite a bit with Vince, and other Good Counsel friends, Joe Flynn and Ray Geisler. Vince was often the social director, making plans for a party at his house, going bar hopping in Georgetown, or attending a concert at the Capital Center and other events.  There were many, many good times with Vince and never any bad times. We lost touch not too long after my divorce from Michael. Vince was very kind to me during that difficult transition. I did reconnect with him on Facebook a few years ago and was always glad to see a post from him.
Thinking of Vince today as we've just wrapped the first stage production in my entire theatre PR career in D.C. that Vince didn't have the opportunity to film. Vince recorded our Presidential Galas, mainstage performances and special events for everything I've been part of at The Shakespeare and Ford's Theatre since 2004. We are collectively grateful for the many ways he's helped us share our work with the region, and for his good humor and warmth. Vince, we appreciate you and miss you. Much love to your family.

On a shoot to promote extra drug access to those in need, in a very poor parrish outside New Orleacens we we interviewing an elderly lady not able to afford an artritus medicine that would greatly improve her life.
We stuck around at Vince's suggestion....The arthritus was just part of this persons existance, she was also suffering the loneliness that affects many in this country. The elderly are "put out to pasture" before their time.....Vince was affected by this and insisted we do what we could, which wasn't much..
