Vincent “Vino” Lamar Chinn, 47, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, transitioned peacefully on April 2, 2025. Born and raised in Chicago, IL, Vino was a father, brother, son, uncle, cousin, community shepherd, and lifelong friend to many.
