Victoria (Ann Rembock) Calvert Chapman, of Sarasota, Florida, died on June 28, 2025. A beloved mother, grandmother, and wife, she was born in Baltimore, Maryland, but grew up in Avon, Connecticut, with eight siblings —Regina (deceased), Maggie, Madelaine, Stella, Polly, Joseph, Michael, and Frankie (deceased).

Victoria moved her sons to Northern Virginia in the 1970s where she became a highly respected expert on U.S. energy and agricultural issues in Washington, serving in key trade association, …
