Vicky Hall, 60, of Willis, MI, passed away on February 12, 2022, after her second battle with Lung Cancer. Vicky was born on November 17, 1961 to Bella Bewley and Roy Harris in Davidson, Tennessee. After high school Vicky moved to her Texas ranch where she met and married her husband Jerry White, Jr. In 1984, Vicky became a mother for the first time with the birth of Jerry White III.
