Victoria Christina Forness, 75, of Nashville, TN, passed away on March 19, 2023.
Vicky was born October 21, 1947 in San Diego, California to Dr. Robert A. Chapman and Mrs. Carolyn N. Chapman. Vicky attended primary and secondary schools in Belleville, Illinois, where her family moved following her father’s separation from the US Navy at San Diego.
