It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Victora Morgan, who passed away on June 9, 2023. Born on August 18, 1974, Victora lived a life full of love, courage, and bravery. Victora is survived by her brothers, Michael White and Rich White, and her sister, Rachelle Gipson. She leaves behind her three sons. Robert, James, and Justin. Victora was a loving aunt to numerous nieces and nephews.

In 1992, Victora enlisted in the United States Navy and dedicated her life to serving the country. After 25 years of committed service, Victora retired from the Navy in 2017, leaving behind a legacy of perseverance and courage.

Victora's personality was best described as loving, caring, courageous, and brave. The lessons she had to share with the world included the importance of never giving up and always striving to reach one's goals. Among her greatest accomplishments were her sons, whom she often referred to as her pride and joy in life.

Victora Morgan will be deeply missed by her loved ones and everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her. Her memory will remain forever in the hearts of those who cherished them, and the valuable lessons they shared will continue to inspire many for a lifetime.
