Victor our beloved grandson. My angel, you left us too soon and with a hole in our hearts. You Grandson are the one who showed so much love and caring. You brought us all together family and friends. You called us every day to check on us, your Great Aunt and the rest of the family. We are so grateful you found Rayssa the love of your life even as we mourn for that future lost together. Our first born grandchild, while you are no longer with us we will hold you forever in our arms and hearts. Beyond Tears Grandma and Grandpa.

Lamentamos esta gran pérdida desde España, familia os acompañamos en el sentimiento desde lo más profundo de nuestro corazón. Os queremos
A happy and soft-spoken person, Victor was my go-to person in the otherwise secluded office during this work-from-home. I had known Victor only recently, but we had built a good rapport. We used to have coffee/ tea banters, share our meals, and discuss our days. I saw him just 2 days before he passed away, and he was full of energy and had plans to visit the Tulip Festival in Washington – I even remember commenting that it was still early for the weekend.
I am thankful to have shared memories with Victor. May God give peace to the departed soul and strength to the family.

I've attempted to write several times but was stopped by too much sadness; but then I think about how Victor always pushed to do the right thing, even when uncomfortable, and I attempt again.
I've known Victor his whole life since his mother Hetty and I have been best of friends since college. My earliest, clear memory of Victor was when I went to visit the family for his first birthday. His chestnut ringlets framing his round, angelic face, he smiled at me and reached for my hand. Victor was, at times, shy and quiet, but was always reaching out, able to connect with people and stay connected. That was one of his gifts. The relationships he had with friends and family here and abroad were so important to Victor. He loved deeply.
When Victor was a few years old, Hetty and Adelio bought a house next door to me and Mitch and we raised our families together. Victor and his siblings Joseph and Maria Cristina were a part of our daily lives and all our celebrations and many of our vacations. Victor was not only the older brother to Joseph and Maria Cristina, but to my children, Matthew and Jaclyn, as well. He was smart, sensible and caring. He always pushed himself to be the best version of himself and, by example, encouraged others to do so. If you asked for his help (and sometimes even if you didn't), Victor would find time in his busiest of days, to give thought to, research and most surely compose a lengthy email, Power Point or spreadsheet with your options.
Victor lived a wonderful life. He grew up in a family that loved and encouraged him. He traveled the world. He excelled in school and had a wonderful career. Victor had deep friendships and had recently met a wonderful woman, Rayssa with whom he was planning a future. Hours before he died, they were dancing, laughing, kissing and celebrating. Victor lived life to the fullest; without regrets.
I will miss Victor. I ache for the family he leaves behind. His early death reminds us to take care of ourselves, to be the best version of ourselves, and to cherish those we love. Valerie levy
I had known Victor since he joined Amazon and was almost connecting to him on a daily basis. Though I never met him in person due to Covid and travel restrictions but I only recall him as an extremely gentle and caring person. Reading his obituary just confirms my perception of him being a very very kind hearted person.
My thoughts and prayers with his family and his girl friend. May his Soul rest in peace.

PS: Not meeting Victor in person is one of my biggest regrets.
