Victor Jasper Rizzo was born November 29th, 1942 to Vito and Conssette Rizzo in Beaumont, Texas.
He met and married the love of his life and high school sweetheart, Linda Kay Holster in their hometown of Port Lavaca, Texas. They recently celebrated their 66th wedding anniversary on November 5th, 2025. Shortly after they married, they began their lives together with Victor joining the Air Force at the young age of 17.
