Best uncle ever, he walked me down the isle and took the whole wedding party out to the space needle for dinner.

My family's hearts are completely broken.  Vic was my dad James Kegley's very best friend.    They knew each other from the military and then to have a locker next to each other at the police department was divine intervention.    Uncle Vic was more than an uncle to our family.  He saw us through so much and watched over us as we tried to navigate life.  He was at our celebrations but also witnessed our struggles.   His love will live on in our memories and I am doing my best to take solace that my dad now is with his best friend.
