I had the pleasure of serving Victor at my job for the past few years as a dear regular. Everytime he came in he had such a gentle soul and he was just an easy going, easy to talk to pal. His energy was truly one of a kind and I wholeheartedly  enjoyed serving him through the years. He would always speak so highly and lovingly about his beautiful wife and sweet baby girl.  My best memory from him was a couple years ago I asked what he was getting his wife for Valentine’s Day…I suggested to get his wife a plant instead of flowers because they live a lot longer and who doesn’t love a plant?!  The next time he came in he was so excited to share her reaction with me and how he appreciated my recommendation. It truly made my heart smile and I will never forget this small interaction.

I pray for his wife that she carries double the strength and double the love to get through life without her partner.

I pray that their daughter never forgets how much her father loved her.

I pray that they two show love to each other as Victor has taught them and they forever feel his love through each other.

Sending all my love, prayers, and good memories with this family as they navigate such a big losss. Praying for you all <3 <3 <3

I was the CEO at SAFE Credit Union and worked with Victor as part of the management team.   Victor was an ideal leader.  He was enthusiastic, he lead by example and he practiced our culture of doing the right thing for the right reason.  He was always a great ambassador who joined our community outreach with his volunteer time.  Victor set a high bar for himself and for others.  Our success at SAFE was because he and his team reached and exceeded their goals.  I am glad I had the opportunity to know Victor and have him on the SAFE management team.
I was so saddened to hear about Victor's passing. He was such a dedicated, professional, intelligent, and fun colleague.  I always admired Victor’s leadership and perseverance no matter the difficulty of the task.  I always knew I could trust Victor to be direct and authentic in managing his many work responsibilities and will forever respect his dedication to SAFE’s mission and values.  Rest in peace Victor.
Always a good time with Victo…
