Vicky Ramsey, a vibrant soul known for her kindness, compassion and love, sadly passed away on June 8, 2024. Born on June 23, 1963, Vicky was a lighthouse of joy and warmth who brought light to every life she touched.

Vicky is survived by her five sons, Dustin Hartman, Phillip Hartman, Travis Ramsey, Hunter Ramsey, and Seth Hovis; and her favorite daughter, Amy Deeter. She was predeceased by her parents, William and Betty Craft, as well as her beloved son, Holden Hovis.

A woman of many passions, Vicky had a fondness for the simplest pleasures in life. Her favorite foods were McDonald's breakfast and holiday foods, always paired with a Diet Pepsi. Her favorite music included Reba McEntire and Dolly Parton and she found joy in watching shows like Golden Girls and True Crime. The magical world of Hocus Pocus was her favorite cinematic universe, and a round of Solitaire was her game of choice.

Vicky loved watching her granddaughter's ballet recitals, and nothing gave her more happiness than spending time with her children and grandchildren. She cherished visiting family in West Virginia and Kentucky.

Remembered for her bubbly personality and inability to arrive anywhere on time, Vicky loved the color black. She was a loving, warm-hearted, and self-sacrificing individual whose nurturing spirit was best showcased in raising six wonderful children. Being compassionate and finding humor even in tough times were lessons she echoed throughout her life.

Vicky leaves behind a legacy of compassion and kindness. She was an amazing woman with a big personality and an even bigger heart. Her greatest accomplishment was creating a loving family, and it is through them that her spirit and values will continue shining brightly. She will be profoundly missed and forever treasured.
