Thank you so much for everyone's support during this difficult time. In lieu of flowers, we'd appreciate if you would consider donating to our memorial fund to help local animal rescuers.
Vickie always loved animals, and found herself housing and rehoming many animals on her own. In her later years, she adopted an older dog “Jax”, that became her beloved companion.
We would love to keep honoring her memory by choosing other local women in supporting this mission. Thank you so much in advance. Contribute

No memorial events are planned

Vickie did not want a funeral service. We have thought long and hard about honoring this decision, but she always lived life her own way, so why would we change that now? Vickie was cremated and will be residing near her sister at Green Mountain Methodist church in Lakewood Colorado. Please use this platform to share memories of her, her biggest wish was to keep her memory alive for her grandchildren.
