Vickie Arlene Mosley was born on June 30, 1959, to Hugh and Catherine Mosley, the youngest in a blended family of 15 children. Vickie grew up in Frankford, MO and many of her fondest memories were from her childhood years living “In the little gray house on the hill”. On January 21, 1978, Vickie was united in marriage to Gary Lee Hastings Sr. Together, they raised four children while following her wandering heart. A little …
